Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy
For an item to qualify for an exchange or refund, tags attached to the item & packaging must be intact.
- An Exchange or refund is valid within 48 hrs after an item has been delivered.
- An Exchange will be made in an event where by the item ordered doesn’t fit (too big or too small). Clients will bear the delivery cost of the new item to be delivered.
- In an event where there isn’t a replacement for the item purchased . A refund for product cost only will be made, and the customer also bears the return shipping . The company in its entirety would not be incurring any fee.
- In a case whereby the company sends the wrong size, we would bear the cost of the exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
